Cabrera Ramon Architects of Doral and interior designers G. Alvarez Studio of Miami came up with a contemporary design for the new 35,000-square-foot headquarters of the law firm Kelley Kronenberg. The two-story, tilt-wall structure at 10360 W. State Road 84 in Davie was constructed in eight months by Miller Construction. The building features a floating staircase from the lobby to a glass-paneled balcony, co-working spaces, large conference areas, smaller huddle rooms, a training center, a mock courtroom and a 3,300-square-foot rooftop terrace with a canopy-covered wet bar.
