George Labovitz CEO of ODI Labovitz, who was a professor of management and organizational behavior at the Boston University School of Management, talked about his international management training and consulting company, which counsels senior executives on organizational alignment strategies.  Labovitz served as a consultant to the Navy and the Air Force and was a captain and pilot in the Air Force. He continues to run his company.

Vincent Signorello President and CEO of Florida East Coast Industries Signorello had a sprawling portfolio that included real estate company Flagler, Flagler Logistics and Brightline. The former U.S. Army officer was a founding partner of Mission United of Miami-Dade County. Signorello left FEC in 2017 to become founder and managing partner of Scout Capital Partners.

Stephen B. Moss Partner at Holland & Knight Moss began practicing law in 1971 after two years of active military service in the Army, including a year in Vietnam. He was the founding chair of United Way’s Mission United Advisory Council in Miami-Dade County. He continues to practice in the areas of real property development law, hotel development and operations, title insurance and business law.

Matthew Caldwell President and CEO of Florida Panthers and Sunrise Sports & Entertainment Caldwell, who continues in his role, joined the Panthers when Vincent Viola and Doug Cifu purchased the team in 2013. He previously was chief operating officer. Caldwell previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Eastern Air Lines Group and VersaMe, which makes a child development product. The West Point graduate spent five years as an Army officer and conducted combat operations in Iraq, peacekeeping operations in Kosovo, and trained soldiers in Germany.
